• Indoor Car Storage, Summer (May to September) - $45 per month
• Outdoor Car Storage - $40 per month

Boat, Trailer & RV Storage

• Indoor Trailer/Boat/RV Storage - $3.25 per foot per month
• Outdoor Trailer/Boat/RV Storage - $2.50 per foot per month

Motorcycle & Recreational Storage

• Indoor Heated Motorcycle Storage - $45 per month
• Indoor Motorcycle Storage - $35 per month
• Indoor Jet Ski Storage - $35 per month
• Indoor ATV/Snowmobile/UTV/Golf Cart Storage - $25 per month

Business Storage, Cross Docking & Offices

• Large Item Storage - $2 per sq. foot per month. Minimum 3 months and 10 sq. feet
• Pallet Storage (48x40, up to 48" tall) - $20 per pallet per month
• Oversize Pallet Storage (bigger than 48x40x48) - $40 per pallet per month
• Pallet In and Out Fee - $5 in, $5 out
• We have reasonable rates for emergency Cross-Docking, including weekends
• Offices available - Starting at $250 per month, utilities included. Up to 1500 sq. feet of office available
