Do you have self-storage units?

No. We don't rent self-storage units. We store vehicles, boats, trailers, RVs, recreational vehicles, large items and pallets for you, and we also offer warehousing, cross docking and office space.

What is the maximum height for boats and trailers stored indoors?

10 feet.

What is the maximum width for boats and trailers stored indoors?

10 feet.

How is storage billed?

All storage is billed quarterly.

Do you offer seasonal car storage?

Yes. Indoor car storage is $55 per month in winter (October to April) and $45 per month in summer (May to September). Outdoor car storage is $40 per month.

Do you have indoor and outdoor storage?

Yes. Cars, boats, trailers and RVs can be stored indoors or in our fenced outdoor area. Motorcycles, jet skis, ATVs, snowmobiles, UTVs and golf carts are stored indoors, and heated indoor motorcycle storage is available.

Can I use a battery tender?

Yes. Battery tenders are allowed for long-term storage.

Is there a minimum for large item storage?

Yes. Large item storage is $2 per square foot per month, with a minimum of 3 months and 10 square feet.

How much is pallet storage?

Pallet storage is $20 per pallet per month for a standard 48x40 pallet up to 48 inches tall, or $40 per month for anything bigger, plus $5 in and $5 out per pallet.

Do you offer cross docking?

Yes. We have reasonable rates for emergency cross docking, including weekends. Call (814) 453-3271 for a quote.

Do you have office space?

Yes. Offices start at $250 per month with utilities included, and up to 1,500 square feet of office space is available.

Is the property secure?

We are a private location with a fenced area for outdoor storage and security cameras.

What are your hours?

Monday to Friday, 9am to 4pm.
